These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of eBiz Hub's website and AI Employee services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
eBiz Hub provides AI Employee services — AI-powered virtual team members that perform specific business functions for your organisation. Our services include the deployment, configuration, management, and maintenance of these AI Employees as described in our service packages (Solo, Core, Growth, Complete).
Our AI Employees are designed for administrative and operational tasks. They do not provide medical advice, financial advice, legal advice, or any form of professional recommendation. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI Employee outputs and maintaining human oversight of critical business decisions.
While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. We recommend implementing human review workflows for sensitive communications.
Service fees are as published on our pricing page or as agreed in your service contract. Fees are billed monthly in Singapore Dollars (SGD). Payment terms are 50% deposit upon approval and 50% upon go-live, with monthly AI Team Management fees thereafter.
Additional AI Employees can be added at $400/month each. Infrastructure costs (LLM API, hosting, WhatsApp API) are separate and billed based on actual usage.
Each package includes a specified number of free AI Team Management months. After the free period ends, the regular monthly fee applies. The free period begins from the date your AI Employees go live.
Your business data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide our services. Upon termination, we will assist with data export and delete your data within 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
We target 99% uptime for all AI Employee services. In the event of service disruptions, we will communicate promptly and work to restore service as quickly as possible. Support response times vary by package tier.
You may cancel your service at any time with 30 days written notice. There are no exit fees or lock-in contracts. Upon cancellation, your AI Employees will be deactivated and your data will be available for export for 30 days before deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eBiz Hub's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify existing clients of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
